Packaging Act
To increase the return rate, we are obligated to take back non-licensed packaging free of charge. This includes transport packaging (including pallets) and outer packaging that would not be considered waste at your location, as well as other packaging listed in Section 15 of the Packaging Act (VerpackG). Our take-back obligation applies to empty packaging of the same type, form, and size as the packaging you originally received, and which comes from goods that we also carry in our assortment.

The return can take place at the point of delivery. For recurring deliveries, you may also return the packaging with the next delivery.
